the room was lovely and really comfy! breakfast was super good too, lots of choices which was a nice surprise. location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. the staff were friendly and helpful, made our stay feel special. the atmosphere of the hotel was modern and chill, great vibe.

but the room was a bit cramped for two with not much storage, and we could hear the trains outside at night which was kinda annoying.

utterly disappointed by my stay. the check-in process was so chaotic, nobody seemed to care that I almost missed my plans. the breakfast was a mere shadow of what it claimed to be, and finding seating felt like a scavenger hunt, absoluteley pathetic. if only I'd received a welcome treat for such turmoil, I might have considered a good review but I just couldn't.

I really enjoyed my stay with the kettle in the room and the lovely decor. The gaming lounge was a fantastic spot to unwind, and they had a cozy reading corner too. The only downside was the slightly noisy hallway on my last night, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all! 😊
